I’m not the OP, but if you had the most fun on PC, it’s for me the only correct answer.

It’s the ps4. I have a lot childhood memories with the Ps2. Then i played a while mmorpg and other stuff, got bored by it and Mostly the ps4 let me experience good games again. Playing the first time fighting games on a more advance level, going to tournaments and meeting people or play a lot jrpg’s. The ps4 bought that back to me
The short answer is, because they make money.
I could have thought that to…but yeah. Back to you initial comment. I think Fate/Zero and Fate Stay Night Unlimited Bladework are the best series to start with. And skip the 2006 Fate Stay Night, was decent, but Unlimited Bladework is better.
Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya is a magical girl version of the franchise. I have only seen 1-2 seasons but in my opinion is not that good. It’s rather comedy than action anyways and some people don’t like the ecchi aspect with small girls.
Fate/Encore Extra … was bad in my opinion, just saw a few episodes so i cant say much about it anymore.
Fate/Apocrypha is good. Had a decent story and good action. i like it a lot, would recommend that after the Stay Night series.
Fate/Grad Order haven’t seen, so i don’t know.
Fate/Zero is not a dating anime, i could give you recommondations for that maybe, but it would probably better if you do a seperate thread and tell us what you are searching for
I would start with Fate/Zero and go on to this, but i don’t know if much people have the same opinion about that
Well it’s not bad, but i would rather go for the railgun one. I think the mc of magical index is rather boring, but the anime overall is not bad.
I would say just don’t start one, these gacha games are probably not the best to start with from the beginning with it’s fomo gacha mechanics and at the same time they want the player to login every day.
But if i have to say something. I don’t know Honkai Impact or the boy game. Between Genshin and Hokai Star Rail, i would say the second one is a better game, but at the same time they quite different. Genshin is an open world exploration action game and Honkai Star Rail is liniar and Turn based. All of these gacha games are extremly grindy.
The french manga, that got release choose the translation: Why Nobody Remembers My World. I have the feeling we will see a lot different for this title
That wasn’t a critic, just want to know…
I play most games on hard difficulty. But i gave up finish Nier Replicant on hard, not because i got stuck, but the hp of the monster was way to high to have fun.
I think anime or anime like content has a better home here or other instances than on lemmy.ml. So i’m anyways not follow most communities there anymore (only the lemmy community). I’m not from ani.social, but i like it here, so that’s everything that matter. And they don’t won’t me to be there.
i have bought a few new manga:
i will read these the next days and weeks
Of course all Atlus games have kind of a similar gamplay, but SMT gams are more challange than most of the others. But with Soulhackers 2, you are about as free with your team as in SMT and is has some challanging enemies you need to prepare youself. But it’s about the same as SMT, so let’s try to find something new.
Maybe the trails games would be interresting for you. Trails of Cold Steel 1-4 or Trailf of the Sky would be two points to start into the series. Sure you have a party with different kind of strengs like in typical jprg’s, but i think the battle system helps a lot if you want to try different kind of strategies on hard bosses. The Trails of Cold steel games are not just turn based games, they have a fighting area you are able to move youself to get near the enemy or get away from the and attack with range attacks. Attack could hit in different areas as well, so you strategy is not just about the skill and attacks you use, but as well about the positioning on the field. Often that helps a lot to overcome enemies. The armor and weapons you equip are also help you do skill your characters very differently. Give a fast character a lot equipment with avoid stat, and this char will probably never been hit again from physical attacks.
A lot jrpg’s have it’s main party and you limited to their abilites, not like in SMT, so probably a monster catching game (SMT is more or less one as well) would be good. I think the Digimon Cyber Sleuth games would proabably a good recogmondation. Yes it’s a Monster Hunting/Farming game you play 3 Digimon at the same time, able ti switch them and all of them heve their elements and atrribute, which gives them advantages and disadvantages over others. I would recommend to play it in hard to get about the difficulty as a SMT game and it could be a fun experience for you.
I’m the mod of a jrpg community, maybe the people there would post more interresting titles, because of haven’t play everything.
I don’t believe you are right with that. If popular websites have more ads, we just see more ad blocker. I donate for my Mastodon and Lemmy server, but the vast majority of people will never pay for something like peertube, i just don’t believe that.
I wish Peertube would be succesful, but i don’t really see it.
We have an active jrpg community here on lemmy as well. !jrpg@lemmy.zip
The server stay online for downloading game. I don’t really get it. If you close only the store, but keep the server for downloading online, do they safe like that so much money?
I want a WitchMoe
