Shameful. It’s too late either way for Rare Greed. The files are already out there and have been for a few years. Truthfully there is no money to be made on their part, so what are they actually suing for? I think we’ve found the next company that wants to be like Q and KB.
There are explicit, documented conversations from Twin Bros saying that they knew they were filing a patent knowing that they didn’t make the thing and knowing that prior art existed. I cannot imagine this goes well for Rare Breed at all.
Yep! Hoping this doesn’t go well for RG and sinks all of their other suits against all the SS mfgs out there that they’re trying to sue as well. Would love to see them get absolutely shit on over this.

Agreed. Like I said, if it goes the way I hope it does, it sets a precedent for the rest of their SS suits and would make the design off limits for them to chase. As they have no claim to the design.
