    That makes sense based on the definition. Yet I’ve heard it used outside that, the first one that comes to mind is the labeled “Siagon Execution” photo. Don’t think there was a trial there, but of course it’s war, so perhaps that makes it a “legal” killing via authority?

    In which case one could argue that ICE is under current authority and orders to do anything they want to do so far…so… words are complicated.

    While we’re arguing words… wouldn’t it be murdererS? I got the impression all those shots were from more than one gun.
