    Yes but more forms of surveillance will pop up. We need to establish a new type of right against surveillance when in public.

    Expectation of privacy is no longer sufficient when public surveillance is ubiquitous.

    Like an expansion of what the EFF advocated for when Google began blurring faces on street view, for a broader set of surveillance.
