    To all the other people wondering “again” …yeah me too. How are there so many childcare workers like this?

      Low pay and shitty corporate conduct doesn’t exactly encourage the most compassionate people to apply, sadly

      Part of the problem is that when you work with children there’s always a moment that makes you consider it. When 3 or 4 are going off on one at the same time there’s just a second where it comes to mind before you dismiss it as unreasonable.
      When you’re low paid and have shitty management those times tend to be a lot more common and you have fewer tools to deal with them. Eventually, when you run out of reasonable alternatives, it starts to look a lot less unreasonable.
