Ah I should have checked that, yeah. That will bump up the average by quite a bit. Thanks for the logic to my conspiracies, I should have known better

It’s only 30 people that have pledged the $14,670. This almost averages to $500 per backer, which is a lot higher than the global average.
My theory? They are arranging the pledges themselves to make it look like they are desired.
This might shock you, but Nintendo was also working on the Switch before it was revealed
Nintendo said they will announce/reveal something this fiscal year, that’s it. No word about launch.
The rest are just rumours and just a bunch of dudebro’s who replaced 2023 with 2024, and now have to scribble in 2025 pretending they never said they were 99% sure it was releasing earlier.
An example could be AliExpress, with a 130B in revenue and 11B in profit (2023), it would reduce their profit to 3.2B with the 6% fine. That’s a whopping 70% less profits, and cutting expenses isn’t gonna fix it either.
If you cared to read the article, you will find that they also are investigating AliExpress, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
It’s 6% of revenue, not profit. So it cuts even more into profits as it doesn’t allow a company in breach of regulations to reduce the impact of the fine by adding expenses that will temporarily lower their profit.
Even more spicy, they can also impose periodic penalties up to 5% of the average daily worldwide turnover for each day of delay in complying. That shit can bankrupt you.
It might be the perspective but fuck they are shooting so low in the footage of blowing up the Ukrainian UAV that they seem to be hitting the residential buildings behind
I will look it up but please feel free to elaborate, it sounds cool.
Remember that reddit bot that would repeat the parent comment in all caps when someone said “what?” or a variety thereof? Good times.
Phantasy Star Online Ep. 1 & 2 has two loading screens where you can manipulate the location or speed and angle of the visuals on-screen. Not super interactive but enough to make the loading times feel less long
I should have been a bit more clear, I meant putting your phone on silent and still wanting to be able to call each other / ping each other to make a noise.
THAT use case is pretty rare.
That’s definitely another way to get the phone’s “voice” across! Glad it worked out for you. No more lost phones!
While that’s fine, that’s not exactly the intended use so that’s why you are running into problems as you can’t force volume to go up from another phone.
Start putting on DnD instead of lowering your ring volume to zero, and you can make it work.
If you don’t want to deviate from your out of the ordinary use case, then your best bet is some parental control app that allows you to view each other’s location.
Settings > Sounds & Vibration > Do Not Disturb > Select “Favorites” in the drop down under Exceptions.
Then in your contacts app, favorite each other and test it out!
Can you not whitelist each other as a contact that will override the mute?
Have you checked the status of the file on Sharepoint, provided office files are automatically synced via OneDrive?
No, this is for US only. Where corporations are permitted to abuse the market and the law (or lack thereof).
