This is oversimplification to avoid an essay; Nationalism has been on the rise all over. With nationalism comes a loss of multi-nation agreements/positive sentiment (a la Brexit). Even without statements of pro-Putin ideology, it’s easy to see why Russia would want nationalists in power. I have family in Germany and am worried about AfD.

You can both be right. In America we use A LOT of corn (syrup or otherwise) in our dishes. This just reminds me of when we added Iodine to our salt. A recognition that we can supliment necessary vitamims/minerals/etc.

There’s an issue with Familicides as well. Those are often in private, but can wipe a household out. Ease of access is what is being discussed largely, as well as the general terrorism of a ‘public space’ mass shooting.
