I still watch and sing along with this movie on a regular basis. It aged pretty well.
What’s a buttfor?
“Why? Because God hates me, that’s why. He has made my life miserable. So I called him a cocksucking asshole. Then I get grounded.”
It’s an old username, sir, but it checks out.
I’ll just leave it there lest anyone decide to invoke a religious war over it.
That’s fair. If you have a lot of reverence for the OT and didn’t like what the PT brought to Star Wars, then I can understand.
You’re wrong, but I understand. /s
I’ve been rewatching the series (…again, for like the seventh time), and it really is excellent at filling in the missing details regarding how Anakin fell from being a hero of the Republic.
I just hit season 3 with the Mortis episodes. They are * chef’s kiss * excellent episodes.
I really thought that Rebels followed a similar trajectory to The Clone Wars in that the first season was good but not great, but then the seasons that followed were fantastic at world building and character development.

Emissions laws there mean they can’t burn 35 million in fake bills. They’ll have to shred it.
The original Thrawn trilogy is good, but I personally prefer the reboot trilogy by Zahn. That’s the character that we saw in Rebels, although he has a lot more depth in the books. His motivations for rising through the ranks of the Empire are not what you would expect them to be.
The second new trilogy goes into Thrawn’s youth and culture, and while I still enjoyed those three books as well, I think you basically have to love Thrawn’s character to get through them.
I just wanted to say, “Good Luck, and may the Force be with you”
This was one of my wants out of Episode III that we didn’t get enough of there. I know it probably would have added a lot of length to the movie to see more of Vader prior to Obi-Wan taking him apart, but I would have been fine with that and would watch it again and again.
