I use Window cleaner.
I still feel like something is wrong because the print looks rough. I measured the length and calibrated it to E427.09 and now it looks like the gaps are filled better but still, the side wall is not sticking to the print at one side. I wanted to print a long sheet as bookmark for context. I guess I create a new post later.
I heard that compiling your own Marlin Firmware would be better because you get the new features and etc. The Marin firmware gives me my Ender 3 Pro as a config I can compile which I used. So I assume I get nothing in return for using the Official one or my own compiled one.
I learned now that I could save things to eeprom with “M500” command and found on Reddit a post that gave me “M92 E420.69” for my Creality Pro Extruder. A funny number indeed
Great thought. Octoprint for sure doesn’t know the width of the Nozzle so it definetly won’t mean that 10mm would come out of the Nozzle. So I measured the mm on the filament how much moved. It only moved 3mm when I pressed 10mm Extrude in Octoprint.
How do I save it into the eeprom? I could download the official Ender 3 Pro Marlin Firmware and do it I assume
This seemed to work with PID tune. It was confusing at first to compile bit seems easy now.
The screen was needed to be selected. But I just send it back for being too glitchy and restrictive.
I first want to try compiling it. How can it be that the downloads I randomly saw had the same marlin version but differen bin files for ender 3, ender 3 pro and ender 3 v2? It seems like I just compile a general firmware for an unknown printer.
It did help. Always had not give the stopper a thought that its not hard mounted.
I still use Z clickers instead of CR Touch. My lowest low with the clicker/lever makes the Nozzle stop below my bed. I could remove the glas bed to shrink my bed and maybe put a metal sheet on it or purchase a thin plate, but with the glas bed, the lowest Low I can get with all the 4 corners is not low enough for the nozzle to not touch the bed.
I only use the Printer with my Octoprint Raspberry PI. Do I need a display for this? (My Display/Interface is broken since many years so I shrugged and just continued using Octoprint)
Would this still be usable when I don’t have a display and just use it with Octoprint?
I own the Pixel 5 and It seems like it will be my last phone
Well, supporting also means, not making older phones slower with new updates on purpose.
Another thought I have is, they are doing this to then argue that their new future 32GB Mac is needed for a normal experience and everyone should buy the new one because of more RAM
