Absolutely not. This is an example of the state doing its job as intended. There is no such thing as an absolute right to free speech and never has been. Absolute free speech would end the human experiment. The real question here is if one human can hoard enough paper power tokens should they be more powerful than nations and unaccountable to nations laws. Musk is asserting the divine right of kings. This supreme court justice is asserting the just power of democracy.

Im fascinated that an army of musk defenders deploys every time this topic comes up. All with the same talking points. Always with wayyyyy too much info and expertise on the subject almost copy/pasted. Typically their entire comment history is deleted like yours as well and when called out they swarm the accuser ususally smearing them as a conspiracy nutter. Same thing happens when you mention monsanto, fracking, and nuclear power.
Where my elon dickriders at? Try this experiment. Use any of these words on the internet…Elon, musk, tesla, monsanto, glyphosphate, roundup, gmo, nuclear energy, fracking. A magical thing happens where the thread gets brigaded by “experts in the field” explaining why you are wrong and all these things are chock full o’ vitamins. It almost feels like there is an office somewhere where people search keywords full time and throw up a firewall of bullshit to protect corporate interests.
