Kif, we have a conundrum.
That’s fair.
Honestly, I agree to a point with them. Your other comment was vague and didn’t make a direct point, while your followup made a valid point.
A lot of choices are made for us. People who think it’s down to only choices probably ignore all the luck and privileges they experienced. I could have been born in much worse circumstances than I was, and that would not have been due to any choice I made. Children dying in war zones made no choices to get there.
Feels like a Nazi just trying to act like a leftist. They either don’t understand nuance, are going for gotchas, or trying to recruit.
Wait, there are people upset they didn’t go to terrorists? Well, of course there are, but I was shocked a CNN article even used settler, for the points you made. It specifically invokes taking from the people there to benefit themselves, which I didn’t expect CNN of all places to do.
Reminder that he was on Infowars on 9/11. He actually pushed back on some of Alex Jones crazier statements that day, but not quite enough, and he’s lost that subtle praise since then.
My sister lived in S Korea a few years ago, and keeps up on some stuff. She mentioned the feminist 4B movement. Quoting an article:
4B is shorthand for four Korean words that all start with bi-, or “no”: The first no, bihon, is the refusal of heterosexual marriage. Bichulsan is the refusal of childbirth, biyeonae is saying no to dating, and bisekseu is the rejection of heterosexual sexual relationships. It is both an ideological stance and a lifestyle, and many women I spoke to extend their boycott to nearly all the men in their lives, including distancing themselves from male friends.
So some of this might be the movement, which is against the patriarchal society Asian countries are famous for (and part of why so many weeb incels want Asian “submissive” wives). Has my respect too. Iirc some men have been violently attacking women over it, bur I can’t find a link in the limited time I have atm.
As someone mentioned, I’ve only seen em at Aldi. Some dollar stores keep the carts inside with a pole ro prevent them exiting the store. I’ve mostly lived up and down the east coast (plus some young years in St Vincent and the Grenadines), plus visited a few big cities like Chicago, LA, Vegas. Aside from Aldi, I haven’t seen locked up shopping carts, even at places that have basically a second locked down section of the store for life necessary items like diapers, detergent, etc.
I’m only posting this to answer the question though, as the only thing I care about locked down carts is that I almost never carry quarters (mostly pay card, not cash, and for tolls I have a Peachpass).
Elder Millennial here, I hate the whole mocking of generations and hoped ours wouldn’t do it as much, but I’m still seeing people of my generation doing so. We did stuff others might call dumb too, or just stuff for the hell of it.
Sir, your Intel bribe payments…
A bit confused, are you reacting to sadistic? That word doesn’t mean evil, it means enjoying giving pain to others. There are murders that aren’t as sadistic, as they could try to poison someone in sleep etc, giving no pain.
The wording is suggesting they very much enjoyed the process of committing the murder, making it more painful on purpose.
They(the ones who liked crusades and auch) probably want Bethlehem taken back from the “heathens” and returned properly to “gods chosen people” or something.
Look up the Cadaver Synod. He’s smoking historical facts.
This one got me into Star Ocean (2) back on ps1, and I think it’s been my favorite/most impactful. Might just be because of it being the first one.
In case you missed it, their comment was satirical.
You know, I listened to that too, so it’s possible I’m mixing them up. Both talked about him but the quotes may have come from QAA and maybe I just mixed it up in my head.
While I agree on him, some people do grey early. I started around 15 or so, and my father around 13. I still think some of his other features make him seem older as well though, like the eyebrows you mentioned.
