Well his approval ratings in the US is still 44 %.

He has yolod the world into another war in the middle east and 44 % of Americans are like: “that’s my boy!”.

He could publicly execute his followers at gas stations now and they would still vote for him.

Well that’s at least what the right wing media wants you to believe.

Actually things are looking pretty good for the UK. Even Reform seems to have peaked in voter share and is on the way down. The most recent by-election is a race between greens and labour with Reform nowhere near those two.

There’s a subreeddit “GoodNewsUK” which is a pretty good reality check.

It’s bring your child to work day in the US government now every day. Only the child is a geriatric buffoon with the emotional and intellectual complexity of a 3 year old and he’s calling all the shots unchallenged by any adult in the room.

Never forget that more than 50 % of the US voters knew exactly what was coming, had previous experience with him fucking things up for 4 years straight and went “yeah, sounds like a solid guy to vote for”.

So what about all these “deals” all the other governments like the UK, SK and EU did with the US to bring tarrifs down to 10 or 15 %? I suppose they are now all void as well?

It feels unfair that in our timeline Bush somehow won against Al Gore and Musk didn’t take out himself and Thiel before they could bring substantial damage to our societies.
