or even worse when you have to wait for the voiced dialogue to finish before it lets you continue.
People listen to thousands of hours of rain or whale sounds, no one thinks “chill beats to study and vibe to” is high art either. I think that is the main market this is competing with not your favourite band or whatever.
here’s the games:
I think if the vetting process to set these up is good enough then it will be hardly used, or maybe used by businesses to drum up business.
If the vetting process isn’t good then a pedo will set one up in an alley
This post is satire, ai isn’t there yet or probably ever, click the link. But I also think most small business owners want the cheapest website that meets basic functionality as evidenced by the massive success of services like WordPress, squarespace etc.
I would be on board if they also hit unity or unreal but that is probably not really possible. As it is its really just feeding into monopolies.
I have a conspiracy theory that the game tracks your total playtime and rewards people who play a lot of support and tank with better dps queues. I mostly play support, but if I queue as both Support and DPS I will almost always get a DPS game, last night I got 8 games in a row as DPS.
A huge chunk of FreeBSD and Linux development is done by salaried workers who want specific functionality. Microsoft is the biggest contributor to the Linux kernel for instance. I don’t think there is much apetite for that in web browsers. Linux is an industry leader in the server space, adding features to it that complement whatever you make for profit is a good move. Firefox is unfortunately barely relavent in the browser space, if your product relies on Firefox exclusive features it isn’t going to go well for you.
Personally I think the telco is more compelling. If it wasn’t american i would strongly consider it.
Yeah I hated all the time warp boss fights especially. I gave up on the game on the last trip back to the beginning area. I LOVED the side quests and general gameplay loop but whenever the main quest came up I was bored out of my mind. I think I would have enjoyed the game more if it was just a sandbox.
Lowest since November 2024. Still not good but it’s still mostly just wiping out what he gained when Trump took over… hope it keeps going
This comment is going to piss just about everyone off, but tik tok was actually amazing for the couple hours America was banned. That’s not an endorsement of tik tok just an observation.
What would your #1 Buff or Nerf be?
If they made a TF3 (haha valve can’t count), what sort of changes would you like to see, what things would need to stay the same?
With TF2 being open source now, what spin off games do you hope to see?
I mean i guess it worked, overwatch is pretty happy community right now (by online game standards), least in my experience. Although I think the bigger thing is toxic players are first to leave for other games, like rivals.
A good month for action RPGs
Seems like all the way on the other end of the spectrum of Kingdom Come deliverance 2. Might pick this up after I’m done with Kingdom Come.
the lack of stealth is a bit of a turn off for me personally, but the hand placed events and mobs seems like a big plus.
Does anyone know if the game is viable without any companions? The reviews I have seen seem to complain about them a lot and I already dislike AI teammates.
This isn’t a first, quantum teleportation has been a thing since 1997. The breakthrough here is teleporting the information of an entire logical gate. The usecase here enables them to link multiple smaller quantum processors together so they can act as one bigger system.
Ianother problem is whatever you have that charges the keyboard, you’d need ~109 of them. I still think it’d be cool tho
Where are you getting that number? There are many different types of supercapacitors, which vary in lifespan quite a bit, the conditions (mostly voltage and temp) also have a big impact. The article doesn’t specify the type of cap used.
For instance this paper tests a supercapacitor rated for 2.7V at 2.5 and 3v. At 2.5v the cap is estimated to have a lifespan of 100yrs, with 3v scenario it’s 10.
Keyboards don’t get very hot, and the voltage draw is very predictable so I don’t think designing a long lasting capacitor for this usecase is particularly tricky.
I would be worried about the lifespan of the solar panel, but at least it’s still usable without that.
Here’s the actual source, I don’t think the article really adds anything

I strongly disagree with this paragraph, as we saw with Netflix and video streaming monthly subscriptions are a trap which allows a massive increase tot he cost to the consumer and a noticeable drop in the quality of the content in a way steams model simply does not.
