People didn’t purge their comments to remove this information from the public, but they purged it from reddit making money off limiting the access to this information.

For the right to be forgotten, this only applies to personal information. E.g. information that can be associated with information, that could be used to identify you.

Since you usually have an email for signup, that would make the data fall under personal information. But reddit could just delete the email adress and your user name and show something like:

And well, it is pretty difficult to find out if, when and where there is backups that still contain your information and could be given to the AI model trainers too. To find these things out, we’d need a precedence case that makes a data protection agency investigate reddit throughouly.

my layman understanding would be, that they include it in the TOS and your only option would be to leave the platform and demand them to delete all your content, which they may or may not do. E.g. they could just train the AI on an older backup. Good luck getting your rights recognized and abided by.

There is criminal, not civil courts, that were sucessfully drowned in the cum-ex robberies. They gave up on prosecuting people who stole billions from the federal budget, because they were unable to process the amount of files brought by the defense, before the statue of limitations expires.

So if even prosecuting theft of billions of Euros is subject to this tactic smaller civil cases can be too. And the court, because of their lack of technical understanding struggle to assess which files are relevant and which aren’t.

The problem is that it can still work in Germany to just pile the defendant under too many files to process with his ressources. This is not the case in stuff that courts understand, like say a traffic accident. But for anything technical/IT/IP related German courts are terribly incompetent and unable to create a fair case.

Ten minutes of planks, pushups and situps and you’ll notice your shape changing after a few weeks.

You definetely do not need to study an hour every day to make progress.Otherwise everyone learning a second or third language in school would be entirely fucked. For me personally the gamification has helped a lot with learning the basic concepts and words of a language.

They also targeted numerous UN hospitals and medics, killing at least 11 so far in the current campaign. They do secondary bombings onto areas targeted before, so rescue operations are hindered.

These are all actions that speak of total disregard to civillian life and taking away their responsibility from it is absurd. In that reasoning any nation has the right to commit countless atrocities because at some point another nation did it before to them.

Then you were living through an alternate timeline. Israel has killed more than 10.000 Palestinian civillians since 2008 before this weekend. Now they have declared the Palestinians animals when announcing the blockade starving them to death now.

Also they told the Palestinians to flee into Egypt and then bombed the road close to the border crossing.

That is pretty much textbook. Someone or some party that uses violence and the threat of violence to create fear in the pursuit of political goals.

Also putting the sole blame for the impossibility of a two state solution on Hamas ignores how Israel built more and more illegal settlemants on occupied territory to deny territory to a two state solution. i strongly doubt weapons to be smuggled through drinking water pipes. that would require to close the pipe segment on both ends and pump out all the water manually and the water supplier on Israels side would notice that no more water is flowing.

Also that requires pipes to be at least somewhere in the 1400+ range, which you only find directly at the water source or long transmission lines that are typically operated in free flow because pumping would be too expensive.

Finally your argument doesnt make sense. First of all who would be smuggling weapons from Israeli water plants into Gaza. Second of all again, an empty pipe that is large enough could be used for smuggling. A pipe that is filled with water cannot.
