Ukraine in 90’s was also like that. And Ukraine in 2000’s and in 10’s, having western installed most corrupt motherfuckers in the planet like Kuchma, Yushchenko, Tymoshenko, Poroshenko etc. every decade does that to a country.

Russia in the 90s was corrupt and an economic basketcase but it wasn’t outright fascist. Modern Ukraine is more like if Russia in the 90s had a child with today’s “Israel”.
