He thinks MAGA candidates are struggling because they don’t talk enough about how great he is, so he needs to tell them on a regular basis how great he is. Nothing about why he’s great, he’s just the greatest president who ever lived.
If only they’d talk about him more, they’d win for sure.

He did make that tweet that he definitely did not have a series of mini strokes during the end (or closer to that side) of his first term. Without any real prompting. Which I why I think it was a distraction but his style of bullshit tends to have just a bit of truth in it. Though not in any form most people would recognize it but a debatable point, so you argue over that point not what you were asking before.
So quite possibly he has had a stroke but not the big one, which I’m sure probably doesn’t help him from feeling indestructible in his demented view.
