the picture in your first post… it there is a plastic print between the flat and the insert. what is that plastic print ? is it used to bend the flat ?
yeah just some test jigs i was playing with.
have you used the jigs to succesfully bend a flat ? or somewhat bend a flat? if so, are the STLs posted somewhere ?
i believe so but i don’t have the magpul frame to test fit. seems promising though. no stls posted anywhere yet.
where did you get the STLs printed in your picture ?
i created them, in fusion 360, by myself.
do you mind releasing a step so i can try bending a flat using a hammer/press method ?
personally, i don’t think my jigs are really ideal.
this is what i think would be promising, but they would be laser cut from scs, then you just smash the metal jigs together to bend the rxm flat.
ok… well hopefully a DIY solution is figured out sometime soon.
