Is this possible? I have a .22 version with a dedicated PSA .22 bolt. Wondering if I can do the same thing with a 9mm bolt instead of a MAC upper.

Not without a complete upper redesign. You can’t mount an AR barrel, and a standard AR9 bolt doesn’t work without a buffer tube (with buffer and recoil spring) which the DB9 design has no provision to accommodate.
Way easier to just print an AR9.
I second this but with the addition that you should use CMMG’s RDB action and some kind of conversion mags. Keep your ar-15 lower and upper receiver, the only change is a bcg and a barrel and the mags.
Anything that uses colt or sten mags? I hate the look of the Glock mag lowers.
Evo mag ar9 eventually, not released yet, but if youre not in a rush 😉This will shoot to the top of my “must print” list as soon as it drops. CZ was practically giving away the 20 round mags at one point last year so I stocked up.

Not really, its a scrapped PY2A project that ive been trying to breathe life back into. Few more things i need to figure out before a beta. I just got LRBHO working perfectly, so shouldnt be long now!
