Russia’s Battlegroup North inflicted more than 240 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed two enemy armored combat vehicles in its areas of responsibility, the Defense Ministry reported
The Russian narrative about “persecution of ethnic Russians” is categorical bullshit. It’s a casus belli for their invasion made entirely out of whole cloth.
The actual motivation is expansionism, and Putin’s desire to recreate something between the USSR and Tsarist Russia thereby creating a legacy for himself as a modern day Alexander the Great. He’s alluded and implied as much in interviews he’s done with various news outlets, both in and out of Russia.
Complete and utter nonsense. Everyone, including the Western architects of this conflict, admits that the number one cause of the conflict was NATO expansion. On top of that the 2014 coup, and Ukraine’s brazen refusal to implement the Minsk agreements made escalation inevitable. Also, recreating the USSR would be a good thing. Unfortunately Putin has no intention of doing that.

Here you go ethnic cleansing denier, take it up with with the people in this CNN report from 10 years ago.
Which was after the people of Crimea and Donbass rose up to oppose an illegal US orchestrated fascist coup in Kiev that installed a Nazi puppet regime that persecutes Russian speakers and hates the people of Eastern Ukraine. The people of Crimea wanted no part of that and voted to leave Ukraine, and Russia protected them from the fascist thugs that were terrorizing Eastern Ukraine.

Disgusting fascist behavior.
This is… yup, AFTER Russia invaded Crimea in a fashion that clearly violates internationally established rules of military conflict. So I don’t believe that report can be taken at face value as proof of the thing you say it is. And citing CNN doesn’t really hold much water for me, to be perfectly honest.

“No you don’t understand, Russia stepped over a line so we HAD to start worshipping nazis and mass murdering civillians!”
“But also I don’t believe your report!”
So which is it, denial or justification? You ethnic cleansing enthusiasts never can seem to keep your stories straight.
The fuck are you on about
14,000 civillians slaughtered by your slava ukrani heroes, nazi
