How is everyone getting the super safety’s made in metal? I have seen that some cast them. Is there another cleaner option?

All features are machinable on cheap desktop CNCs in steel if you take light cuts, use standard 1/8” bits and 1/16” ball nose. Just need to change the geometry a bit. I really just need to make a post at this point.

The deep pocket in the cam or the lever is difficult but if you get it SLM printed from China with just that feature you can mill the rest.

deeznutstactical and grey market research are the two that come to my mind but there are some other manufacturers out there that sell them.

I got a machine shop in china to make me a batch in 4140 black oxides. I was thinking I would start my own company with it, but it’s so saturated I dont think it makes sense. The machine shop that made them had some difficulties making the cams and had to make some intricate tooling.

I could part with a few of you want. I don’t need 200 of them…

Could also pass on the machine shop info if anyone wants since they have the tooling/fixtures.

Does this thing gives enough speed for the bullet to cause heavy injuries or it simply makes a loud noise?
